Large clean rooms with all that you need for a vacation . The beach directly in front of resort not great but o.k. just down the way. Grounds are well manicured & cared for. There are a couple shops across the street and within walking distance to Kapaa. Nice place to stay.

This resort is a great option on the ocean. Our balcony faced the historic green space which still gave us sunrise ocean views. Next time I might try asking for an ocean facing room for the sunsets and night breeze. You must make a reservation for the on property restaurant. It was our best dining on the whole trip. The pool is small but well heated. The pool bar is a fun time with decent draft beer prices, wine is canned and pricey, and of course they have fruity drinks too. We must be lucky as we were never hassled or even approached for a timeshare presentation.

We stayed here for our honeymoon in October and loved it. Great location to everywhere we wanted to go. Pool and grounds were beautiful. Rooms are a bit dated and there is no room service but overall it was great!
Really enjoyed our stay at the Kauai Coast Resort. It was on the beach and had a great walking path in front. Sunrises were great. Free coffee in the morning at the lobby was a nice touch. Gym facilities were pretty good for a Hawaiian resort.
